Riverland Community Health has partnered with Two Rivers Public Schools (ISD 197) to bring a school-based clinic directly to students and staff.
This collaboration provides convenient access to medical care within the school setting. By removing barriers to care, the clinic helps students stay healthy, succeed in school, and build a strong foundation for lifelong wellness.

Warrior Care is located in the Health Office at Two Rivers High School.
Hours (when school is in session):
Mondays & Tuesdays: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Thursdays: 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm

FAQ
- Who can be seen at Warrior Care? Two Rivers High School students and staff.
- Do students have to miss class? We schedule to minimize class time. Passes will be provided.
- Do parents have to come? Not typically—see the consent section for details.
- Is it really private? Yes. We follow HIPAA and protect your privacy.
- Will signing up mean we cannot use our family doctor? You can still use your family doctor. You may find it convenient for your child to receive care at the clinic if they get sick or injured while at school.
- Can I choose whether my child will receive services? Yes, you can give consent to non-confidential health care services by completing the parent consent forms. You don’t need to be present for the appointment, but you are always welcome to attend a visit.
- Can the siblings of my Two Rivers student also be seen at the Warrior Care clinic? For the 2025-26 school year, Warrior Care will only be providing services to Two Rivers students and staff. Families can still visit our Riverland clinic in St. Paul for same-day and next -day visits. That address is: 1026 7th street West St. Paul, MN 55102.
- Will it be open to other district students/families/community in the future? Our long-term goal is to expand access districtwide as the health center proves sustainable and has the capacity to meet demand.
Sports Physicals
Students can complete their required physicals at Warrior Care inside the Two Rivers Health Office.
