In 1992 United Family Medicine (UFM) opened its doors as a result of two primary care clinics merging, and in 2009, to expand our reach to meet the healthcare needs of our growing community, we relocated to Randolph Avenue and West 7th Street. UFM delivers quality primary, dental, and behavioral health care for our neighbors in St. Paul regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay.
United Family Medicine needs your support in 2022 to continue providing health care to uninsured individuals and families in St. Paul.
In 2021 UFM served 10,589 patients:
- 76% from low-income households
- 54% BIPOC
- 50% enrolled in Medicaid or Medicare
- 19% children
- 12% uninsured or qualify for services on a sliding fee scale.
Primary Care: Each year, we provide over 35,000 medical visits to nearly 11,000 patients.
Dental Care: New in 2022, with generous support from Delta Dental of Minnesota and Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA), we are renovating our dental clinic to serve an additional 1,200 individuals each year.
