Last day seeing patients will be January 16th, 2019
United Family Medicine’s Lowertown clinic location will officially close January 31st, 2019 with last patients seen on January 16th. This location was opened in 2016 to reach an underserved population located in downtown St. Paul, MN focusing on new patients that had not previously been seen by UFM providers.
After two years of various efforts to reach new patients and achieve a significant community impact in that area, United Family Medicine has made the decision to close the Lowertown clinic. Patients and resources will be redirected to its primary clinic at 1026 West 7th Street.
