United Family Medicine is a training site for resident physicians who are part of the Allina health system. United Family Medicine maintains its independence as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC); we are not part of Allina. Patients receive high quality primary care, dental services, behavioral health services, as well as lab and x-ray services, and support with community resources.
